William Mower

As a business and securities attorney, Bill serves as General Counsel from his position as a Partner in the Minneapolis-based Maslon law firm. Bill has been helping clients solve problems and pursue opportunities with legal advice and counsel for more than 30 years. He has represented a wide variety of clients in mergers, acquisitions and management buy-outs. Bill counsels public companies in securities law compliance and general corporate matters. He represents issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings, secondary offerings and alternative offerings. He serves as de-facto general counsel to several public and private companies. His J.D. degree is from the University of Minnesota.
