Partnership With Thrive Global

MINNEAPOLIS (April 15, 2025) — Today, MIIR Audio Technologies and Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global have announced a partnership to power select Thrive Resets with MIIR’s patented music discovery platform.

MIIR℠ offers a licensable neuroscience-based music analysis platform that scientifically selects music based on its anticipated impact on the brain and helps listeners find meaningful moments in music℠. Founded by Arianna Huffington in 2016, Thrive Global is a leading behavior change technology company with the mission to improve
productivity and health outcomes. Thrive Reset, one of the most popular tools on Thrive’s platform, allows users to break the cycle of cumulative stress and move from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the rush of cortisol through the body.

Thrive Global's library consists of hundreds of 60-second Reset videos — stretching, breathing, mindfulness, and gratitude breaks along with calming visuals, awe-inspiring natural landscapes, and the latest stress-relief techniques — each with a guided breathing bubble that helps users inhale, exhale, and bring themselves back to center. Through an agreement with Universal Production Music, a division of Universal Music
Publishing Group, Thrive Global will offer licensed music for Thrive Resets.

Through the new MIIR/Thrive partnership, the MIIR platform will be used to optimize musical selections from Thrive’s licensed tracks from Universal Production Music’s world-class catalog. MIIR’s patented technology analyzes songs and breaks them down into over 150 attributes called GLIPHs℠. The GLIPHs allow MIIR technology to scientifically, and with a high degree of accuracy, predict the level of impact that a song will have on the brain and can even determine which part of a song will have the highest impact. The MIIR platform also has the ability to scientifically predict music that will both energize and calm users. Thrive will use MIIR to select the most energizing and calming songs for a set of 10 Resets that will be made available to Thrive customers on April 10, 2025. Thrive Resets that utilize MIIR technology will feature “Powered By MIIR” branding.
