Bob leads a two-person accounting and finance team. He prepares monthly financial reports, recommends financial strategies and forecasts, and provides financial, operational and strategic guidance to the Board. Bob reviews with potential investors the financial and operational strategies driving MIIR’s Investor Financial Summary and Implied Valuation vs. Development Timeline reports. Bob brings over 30 years of business experience in a wide-range of companies, helping over 150 companies in 50 industries as a “part-time CFO” and independent cash flow consultant.
